Earle is New Jersey’s leading heavy civil contracting company employing many hard-working Jersey residents. To their surprise, their basic logo merch had just been flying off the shelf, often purchased by people who don’t have any affiliation with the company. With the iron hot, they decided why not create a more thoughtfully designed merch collection. They wanted to pursue something more vintage and illustrative but still include elements of their brand. Finding a way to marry modern and vintage design is something I’ve taken a huge interest in, so I was stoked to get into this one.
